Refund / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGES :

Most orders from 1800optics.com are processed within 24 hours; Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations, however, if you need to alter your order, you may do so before the order is packaged and shipped but it will be a one-time exchange.

TO BEGIN THE RETURN PROCESS :

At 1800 Optics, we do our best to make returns & exchanges as easy as possible. We are confident that you'll love your purchase, for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within (7) days of purchase as we will offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Glasses may only be returned in unworn, original condition, merchantable, and in the original case within (14) days of purchase. ​​We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, store credit ( frame only, minus the cost of lenses ), or product exchange of equal or lesser value.

To begin your return, reach us at opticmasters2@gmail.com or call us at 718-406-9230. Your return must include all original boxes ( if frames came in one ) case, cleaning cloth, instruction manuals, and glasses.


Once the frames arrive in our facilities, we begin processing within 1-2 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used (Credit / Debit card, PayPal, Zelle, etc).

 

Allow up to (30) days for processing to be completed and the credit to appear in your account as we do not control the speed of the merchant processor. We require you to provide us with the full tracking number.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS :

  • Exchanges are limited to (1) item within (14) days

  • Returns are processed within (7) days of purchase

  • Full refunds take up to (30) days to show in your account

  • Store credit is non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping within (7) days from purchase

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY :

1800 Optics will not be responsible for the following :

 

  • Damages from transportation from mail delivery company

  • Liability where customers provide wrong prescriptions

  • Prescriptions more than (1 or 2) years old

We discourage customers using eyeglasses that are not suited to their prescription as it will worsen their vision.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED :

  • Damage from sharp or foreign objects to the product

  • Unauthorized product modifications or alterations

  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Damages during transportation

  • Damages due to tampering with lenses, arms, or hinges

  • Products that are lost or stolen

  • Eye exams or medical expenses
