Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY :

Deliveries from 1800Optics.com will be sent as soon as possible to the address on your order-from. All shipping times begin after the approximate (1-2) business day production period; Although, processing may take longer if you order Bifocal, Progressive, Transition, or tinted lenses.

In most cases, we attempt to complete and deliver your order within 5-7 business days from the date your payment is received, however, subject to delivery delays outside our control, delivery should not exceed 30 days.

SHIPPING DELAYS :

Once a package is shipped from the 1800Optics.com facility, it is no longer the responsibility of 1800 Optics. We suggest contacting the mail delivery carrier if your package is not received in a timely manner.

If mailing your package to a commercial address like an office, please indicate in the notes section on the order form that your eyeglasses are to be delivered in care of the company name. Correctly enter the mailing address as our website will not capitalize, punctuate, or space out information for you;

The postal service does not normally recognize individuals at commercial addresses. Failure to input the correct address will cause delays in your shipment.

1800 Optics will not refund or exchange products that are shipped to an address that is missing information as the customer is responsible for entering the correct address, therefore consequently making them undeliverable.

Orders take 1-3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may take longer if additions are added to the lens such as coatings and tints. Upgrading your shipping time does not include processing days.

ORDER PRODUCTION & PROCESSING :

Orders go into the production process within a 24-hour window after being placed. Production delays may occur when the customers gives insufficient data or if we have concerns about your prescription.

In cases where production is delayed, the customer will be notified in ways of E-mail, Phone, or Text message.
